NEW Faith Community Nurse COORDINATORS
Concordia University was the location of our latest training of FCN Coordinators, August 12 - 14. Our new (and refreshed) coordinators include:

Three New Educators to Teach FCNs in the Northwest

Faith Community Nursing/Health Ministries Northwest and Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, . Boise, ID, are Educational Partners with the International Parish Nurse Resource Center (IPNRC) in Memphis, Tennessee. Educational Partners are connected to IPNRC through a contract and purchase the Foundations of Faith Community Nursing as well as the FCN Coordinator curriculua both approved by the American Nurses Association

Each year the IPNRC has a class, Faith Community Nursing Curriculum, for FCNs, who have completed the Foundations of FCN class, have an advanced degree, and are chosen to help their agencies educate new faith community nurses. Jennifer and Cari have now been commissioned to teach the Foundations of Faith Community Nursing Curriculum for St. Alphonsus and Carol as faculty for FCN/HMN. Congratulations!
